One of the quietest, most desolate places I've found. The water barely moves at low tide. There were no birds. It was silent and beautiful. A gorgeous little desert.
Stopped by on my lunch. Place was empty. Great place to reflect.
Very different and a salt marsh. Kept up.
Its just such a beautiful and serene place to go.
Great view from land of the Lighthouse and informative plaques of its existence through the years. Appears to have a kayak launch there, very primitive but possible. Parking is pretty much on side of the road, limited to say the least.
