It would be nice to know if the hours are changing. I went to the bank expecting it to be open cause that is what the site says. There was no notification at the bank. I was told to get an uber and go to another branch the next city over. All over 5 lousy min. they weren't even nice about it.
The Branch Manager (female) is always rude & snarky. Doesn't seem like the employees like her much either....she seems to be on a power trip?
Their hours say Monday-Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm. We walked in at 5:55pm on a casual Monday and they are in fact CLOSED.
Rude tellers
Very frustrated. I have gone into this branch several times with questions about my mortgage and its been over 4 months and they cannot get it right. I like America first however I hate the entire process and lack of communication from the mortgage department!!!!
