This is my go to when at the office.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not customer-centric and completely unprofessional. I’ve brought in business and had a good relationship with the restaurant until I asked to speak to a manager when a dish was improperly prepared for pickup.nnI received a salad without the condiments which makes it just lettuce and chicken without flavoring. I requested the dressing and it was not included. The restaurant closed before I returned home and I called the next day to give the restaurant a chance to correct their error and remake the dish or provide me with a discount equal to the price of time and quality of food delivered. I was told the manager would reach out to me and the manager did not reach out.nnI called back after 24 hours of no response, the woman on the phone was immediately defensive and treated me as if I had done something wrong by requesting the full value of my food. She told me I could only receive the ranch dressing even though I was given a $14 meal plus tip which was watery, naked lettuce and chicken. If the cases were reversed, the restaurant wouldn’t accept me paying 7 dollars for a meal. Equally, I can’t accept being handed a meal worth half the value of what I paid and was assured I would receive. There should have been a quick, professional acknowledgement of error and an offer of compensation for the resources they cost me. The manager’s poor handling of her emotions has single-handedly cost the restaurant hundreds of dollars of my money, my coworkers money, my family’s money, and my friends money— even when she could have corrected the error with a few dollar discount. That’s not bad service, that’s stupid service.nnThis was an easily corrected mistake and I was made to feel like a villain instead of addressing the error of the preparation, learning from their mistake, and welcoming the opportunity to mend a relationship with a loyal customer. I hope I stop even one person from choosing a restaurant were the manager uses the phrase “the customer is not always right.”

Service is amazing, staff is friendly, and the food is amazong, comes out hot and its alot of food for for the price.. Will be going back.

I went to this restaurant on Friday and it was very disappointing since I was a customer of them I asked for a Mojarra and it smelled bad like old I asked to be changed and the manager told me that the fish is fresh that I was lying and that they could not change me food. If I wanted something else, I would have to pay for both dishes, I could pay for both dishes, but the way the blonde girl or the “manager” talked too me was really rude she doesn't really know about customer service, she doesn't have any experience, much less customer service.nnYou guys lost several clients I discovered that I am not the first to be treated like this for the company I work for, several of my colleagues mentioned that the customer service is very bad.

So, when I first visited this place pre-Covid 19, they were decent! However, if you go there now, they give you philly cheese steak meat for your fajitas, frozen Food lion shrimp.. the small ones!! No good at all! The parking lot is always empty, and now I see why!!
