Spoke to the secretary on the phone at 8:15 and said they would send someone out the same day. James called at 8:30 and said he would be at my house around 9:00. To my surprise he showed up exactly when he said he would, which is hard to believe. James was very professional and had a lot of expertise when it came to figure out my problem, probably one of the best service guys I have ever had. He had my unit up and going again in under 15minutes at a very reasonable price. If you want the job done quick and reasonable call Raymond Gaylor and ask for James!!
I needed to have an air return moved due to remodeling as well as the ductwork replaced James made it very clear they weren’t interested and suggested I call another company after telling me it was trash, he then seemed upset by the suggestion that it be replaced (you know with whatever’s best). It’s upsetting because of the level of professionalism they had years ago when it was first installed. I’m very disappointed. Especially since I’ve spent years telling people how happy we were with them I never imagined we would be treated this way.
Excellent customer service and very professional on site installation crew. Everything was left neat and clean when they were finished. Crew arrived promptly as scheduled and went straight to work, completing everything in a single day. Highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs
