I called to talk about some plumbing I needed done. The guy who answered said he needed to make another call and to call back in 5 minutes. I called back and got no answer and was unable to leave a message. If you're around Claiborne County and need plumbing save yourself the trouble and call HEP.
Showed up early, fixed our leak and pipe fast and was very nice and cheap!
They never show up after you have talked to them.
Schedule appointment with Brothers Plumbing, They never showed up. Followed up with them they said they would be out within a couple of hours. Still did not show up or call. NO STARS
