They are nice and seem to fallow state rules and regulations well however when calling on the phone you will be on hold for an hour if not more. You just can't walk in there with out an appointment so calling makes it harder. It seems they are always short staffed and the employees have to work over one another just get what needs to be done in a timely manner.
