Sat in line at drive thru for 20 minutes and it was not crowded there. No one tried to help. No excuse for it. So I pulled to the window to order a cup of ice and she had the audacity to ask if I went through the drive and wouldn't take my order. Place sucks.
I don't generally do reviews on food establishments in our area but the service that we received today at Sonic I thought was very poor. We set in drive thru for nearly 20 minutes before making it to the drive thru window to pay for our order. Then we noticed that we had paid roughly $3.00 for 6 deep fried pickles. I know $3.00 isn't alot to be fussing about but it is alot for what they gave us. Very dissatisfied ud83dudc4e
Extremely busy. Order wasn't correct but slammed (as they were I was grateful .
Good food, nothing over the top excellent, but it's solid.
Got a 1/2 price milkshake classic chocolate from the rewards on the app for my husband. Its was a surprise. When I got it from the girl I thought it was light. I looked and it was thin and if it had any whipped cream it was not there, it was melted. The cup had a regular lid, not the kind with the hole in the top. (Maybe they were out) I went back since my husband's work was close and ordered food with the coupon book they had gave me. I told them about the shake. They were nice and gave me another. It was the same way.. it must've been the lid , no room for whipped cream or cherry on top. The people were nice. Especially the server.
