Once again, we're ripped off or order is messed up or food missing.nWe got fries for my son who has Autism and only eats certain things. We ordered two larges. One box was half full while the other was only a third of the way full. We paid for two fries but, basically, just got one. This is ridiculous. It is happening more often.

Uncooked cold fries. Mcribs had dehydrated onion instead of slivered. Mine had grill tag extra onion extra pickle. Still just 2 pickle. Thank goodness I didn't get extra onion added. So much for being excited over Mcrib being back.

They clear the screen of to manipulate the times to look good for management but never get your order right!! I place my order and don't care to confirm it at the window to be sure I'm paying for the right order but it feels you have place your order multiple times!!!

Had stopped at McDonald's tonight with 2 separate orders. Pulled to the first window, I paid for 2 separate orders. Got to the 2nd window, only one order. It took talking to the manager, the cook a phone call from the parking lot and over 20 minutes to get my 2nd order. As you know by that time the 1st order was closed. The manager gave 2 free apple pies, thinking that would fix their incompetence. That just added insult to injury. When I pay for 2 separate orders, I want both orders at the same time. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I think some retraining needs to take place. I wish I could give no stars but I can't. I guess from now on I will go to Hardee's

The food was cold and the nuggets was so hard that my dog would not even eat them. Was very disappoint
