Ring Road Self-Storage

We rented a unit to hold a few things until we could move them into our new house. Shianne was nice. We came on a weekend and put our stuff in a unit like she said and I called back Monday to pay. I couldn't get a hold of anyone to pay for the unit. I tried for almost 2 months and we came back to get our stuff out to move it to our house, and our lock was gone and our unit was empty. I finally got a hold of someone at a call center and they got Shianne to return my call. She had been in the hospital and corporate took over.  Because I never got a hold of anyone to take my payment, it wasn't registered so they took all the stuff out (along with about 5-6 other units like that). Shianne finally got us access to the huge unit where they put everything and we had to sift through a bunch of stuff to find what was ours.nNow that we are moved in, we are finding that we are missing things that were in our original unit.  Kara at the place said she thinks they took everything to goodwill.  So now, half of our stuff is just gone with no way to get it back.  Along with our $150 gun safe.nOn top of it all, I STILL had to pay full price in the end for the unit for the 2 months we had our stuff stored.  I am livid with how corporate handled that situation because our stuff is gone to no fault of our own. And we paid full price for them to give away half of our stuff.

The young lady that works there I think her name is Cheyenne and she is so sweet and she is so very helpful, I rented a U-Haul and I got a storage unit and one month I was running behind and she worked with me so that I would not lose my unit.... I was there for Over a year and she was very nice to me every time that I came in contact this is the place you want to be.

The staff was great at move in and the unit was just the right size. The location was perfect and it was easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend this facility.

Shianne was always such a great help with meon every aspect. She is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to help. That you don't find too much anymore. Thanks Shianne if I need one in the future it will be with you guysnVonetta Grey
