I tried out a class this weekend when they were offering free classes with a $5 donation to Massey Cancer Center. I loved being able to take a workout class for free just for supporting a good cause. I took the 6:35AM class on Friday and while it was challenging I never felt pressure to do more than what I felt comfortable doing. The instructor was encouraging and the space was welcoming and clean. I would go back again.

A fun yet challenging workout! Very friendly, professional and clean environment. They got me signed in and situated without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced even though the class was about to start. From instructors to students, everyone was supportive and made me feel welcome. Look forward to more!

The instructors are incredible! The studio is in a great location and the shop has the best gear. Definitely go if you are contemplating barre, they are so nice and you get the BEST work out.
