This man is so unprofessional. He yells at clients and uses his clientele base as his own personal dating pool. He is not present during workouts as he says he is and he storms out if he doesn't think he has your undevided attention. I saw him yell at a client for a very minimal mistake and let another client off the hook for making the same mistake twice in a row. If he is getting paid several hundred dollars a month from each client, then he needs to show a lot more respect to the people who are paying his salary. His mood swings are undeniable and this is something that hasn't changed. If he were humble enough to work on things(as we all should be) and actually offer verbal apologies, then I wouldn't be leaving this review.
My first day training at Mayhem, I instantly felt the love and support. It felt like family. I always love training and working with the coach. If you want to get stronger, increase wellness, and have fun....well this is it!

To say that Mayhem changed my life would be accurate. I had been a bodybuilder for over twenty years... Until I discovered strongman! I've never felt such freedom in a gym environment before and the energy is contagious (and they're dog-friendly!). I've learned more here in a few months than I did from years of grinding away alone.
