I'm not sure why folks would rate a service poorly when they have never even been to one session! I found them amazing, great with newcomers like myself when it came to explaining things, very patient, and friendly. They even showed me how to wrap my wrists to prevent injury before my first class. I signed up on the spot. :)

It was my first class today and I loved it, already plotting on when I'm coming back. Hamid is a great teacher giving you motivation & inspiration the whole time starting my Monday off in the best way ever. Amazing high intensity workout if you choose to put in the work!!!
