I met Rhesa just before Thanksgiving of 2020 and we clicked like we’ve know each-other a lifetime. I was very interested in what she had going on and decided it was time to add something else to my Covid-19 quarantine workouts to break it up. She invited me to the gym and it has been on ever since. I am currently starting PT with Rhesa to move on to the “phase II” of my fitness improvements. I made vast changes prior to meeting her but she has been put in my path to help fine tune the machine!nI love the atmosphere when I walk in and Raw Affects has become my new Fit Fam!!! ud83dudcaaud83cudffe ud83cudfcbud83cudffd‍♂ufe0f ud83dudda4❤ufe0fud83eudd0d

I enjoy the motivation of the trainer and how most of the members like the change in their overall performance and achievements. I already knew I was going to see positive results when I joined Raw Affects! I enjoy the variety of classes and the positive atmosphere Raw Affects provide. Rhesa is passionate about us improving our health, meeting our fitness goals, and becoming fit. She genuinely cares and it shows! I enjoy coming to Raw Affects and seeing her smiling face!!
