Such a fantastic place! The coaches are supportive and really focus on form and avoiding injuries, while still encouraging you to grow. Awesome friendly community, too!

Simply the best!
I did a drop in at West End and had a very positive experience. This Box is friendly, welcoming, and well-run. Both the coaching staff and the members went out of their way to make me feel at home, and I would recommend this box to other travelers and/or locals. The website is updated and tells you pretty much all you need to know!
