Love this gym. The staff is very polite and friendly. The equipment is always in good working condition. The women's locker room is always neat and clean. The gym it self is always very clean and neat. The membership is a very fair price. I would recommend the Broad Street location to anyone. Great gym!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before letting my kids join the Gym during their summer break. They were sweet talked into joining which they thought was a 3 months program. Turns out that even though they are back to their college I am still getting charged. The person who promised during signing is nowhere to be found. AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED. so avoid...

I left the area and canceled my membership in late November. When you move, you have to PROVE that you are leaving the area. I did so, and 2 members of the stafg said it was all good, and I was released. Turns out they continued to bill my card, so I canceled the card because I felt it had been hacked. Now I am getting hassled daily to pay a bill I do not owe. Ride calls and text messages every day. BEWARE of Golds Gym. They scam you when you leave to continue to bill you. Be very careful. Don't join.

Came into this gym back in August searching out a new facility to train at. I was kindly greeted with a great deal of respect by a fella by the name of Nick. He was very upbeat and made me feel welcome. I didn't realize at first, but soon realized after him talking to me for a bit that he was the GM of the facility. Lets just say that I have never had a welcoming to any gym in my existence such as this. I was sold right away. The way he treated me like a valued person and not a number won me right away to commit to getting a membership with this gym. I could tell right away he was a very detailed General manager due to the cleanliness of the facility and the attention to detail he had with his associates. I'm a very observant individual, and I know a good business model when I see it. I usually don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I have to credit where its due. If you are looking for a new gym, don't hesitate to come here. Nick you are awesome fella. Thanks again Nick for the great experience and treatment I recieved.

Second home here! Upper scale equipment with members of all levels of fitness. Every single staff member always smiling and going out of their way to make you feel welcomed. This joint seriously works for your membership! 5 STARS!
