The Glen Allen Planet Fitness is outstanding!! Staff is great!! Which is a reflection of management. I usually workout early in the morning like 5 am and the staff is superb! By far the friendliest and professional team for the company that I have experinced!!
This gym is awesome. Not for the equipment which is what you would expect at any planet fitness center. I write this about the awesome staff. I visited a couple weeks ago while working out of town. I left my wallet on the floor with 40$ in it. It was found by staff and I was called right away. I stopped by and picked my wallet up with nothing missing and a smiling face to greet me at the door. Just a great guy on shift.
Went in for a day pass due to being tired of my current gym and wanted to try planet fitness out. The gentlemen at the counter had no interest in assisting me when I advised I couldn’t find the section on the website. Then I said I would sign up for the membership and he could careless. Ended up leaving out due to the poor experience . Get better people to assist in the front if you actually expect people to join your club!
I have been working out for years and worked out in a lot of different gyms (VCU Cary Street, Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym).... Planet Fitness is hands down the best, and especially this location in particular. Staff and clients are nice, equipments covers all exercises, and it's $10 membership.
Great location! I like all the windows! If you're paranoid, you can park your ride out front and watch it while you workout!ud83dude02ud83cudfcbufe0f♂ufe0f
