I’ll start by saying that the professionals who came out to help me were very nice.nnHowever, after two visits the problem I called to have fixed never was. Basically my circuit breaker was tripping for an unknown reason. They checked my junction boxes and cords, which they said looked okay. They suspected that the circuit breaker may not have been good anymore and needed to be replaced, but never did. That was 1.5 hours. Not surprising, breaker was still tripping with no signs of a short or grounded fault (burning, smoke, etc.). I called them back and they replaced the breaker with a new one, but the breaker was still tripping.nnI called another electric group and it turns out the replacement breaker was not the correct size/type and not hooked in properly. They also noticed that the junction boxes in my attic and cords were previously repaired rather shoddily (electric tape). They suspected that the cold undid the tape tied to that circuit and set off the breaker. Not sure how the first group missed that. They also replaced the breaker too to ensure that there would be no other issue. Plus it was a bad replacement in the first place. If not for friendly service this could have been a 1 star review.

Not a bad company to work for. Will train new people, pay could be better but they treat employees good and will work with you.
