Great storage units. Didn't have any problems. Customer service was great, they were able to meet with me on the same day. Very affordable, too! Would use again.
I had automatic payments and randomly stopped receiving the electronic invoices on my email. I tried emailing the owner and I got no response. The owner had no problem emailing me multiple times prompting my first payment, but after the first couple months ...everything stopped, including her responses. I sent the email over and over again waiting for her to respond to my question, as to why the invoices ceased, and I also called and nobody has gotten back to me. I have no idea where my stuff is or if it's even still there. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO ME
Water leaked into the unit and completely ruined my mattress which then had to be thrown away. There were cockroaches and crickets all over the unit and in my belongings when I brought them home and animal feces were on EVERYTHING. Couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience and this business.
