I have been a customer with this storage for 5 plus years now, and the manager Shannon has been the nicest manager I have the fortunate to meet and know over the years. From the beginning in choosing an available storage unit, and calling in to make payments (including a few later payments), as well as a couple times of urgent need, I have been assisted by her with friendliness, kindness, great attitude and patience. I do appreciate that very much. Her team is lucky to have good leadership.nThis storage locates in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, and the price is very competitive, with excellent equipment and good space to drive in and out. Best wishes for the continuous excellent business.
Cameras throughout, secure facility, but expensive as hell, and raising the prices every few months anymore. Office manager, Shannon, is the nicest person who you will ever meet, it's not her fault for the prices but if it wasn't for her, and the extensive security, I would have moved out long ago...nEnjoy, but bring your wallet...
Looks like a well-kept and clean place to rent storage space
I have had many storage units in the past in different locations and with different companies. Varsity Storage of Christiansburg is by far the best storage facility I have used. Clean, easy access, and safe.
