Very secure facility, very friendly staff who are willing to work with you.
Pleasantly surprised. Staff was helpful and nice, storage areas were clean ands comfortable climate controlled spaces. We are renting a space to store or daughter's stuff for the summer until the new school year starts. Saved us time and having to drive back and forth. Piece of mind knowing it will be alright. Would definitely recommend this facility. Also they are adding on and getting I believe another 60 plus storage units here in the near future.
Great place to keep our stuff! Amy and Lisa are wonderful ladies who go out of their way to make customers happy. The best storage units in all of Radford!
Paid for a few months it's decent security is okay, my complaint is if the main door won't open to allow access to my storage unit there is nobody to call to get the main door open so you have to wait during normal business hours to let the know, they either need to update their security or have an on call person
