Many complaints come from the place being busy... That will happen. Its in a busy location. Every time I have gone the staff has been calm, cool, collected, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I appreciate Jaida and her attention to my requests, as it takes skill to be able to manage so many clients and various needs and stay organized.nThanks, Jaida!

We got absolute 5 star service from Cameron on a complex printing project. Give that man a raise.

If you value your time and safety during covid don't bother. Crowded. Rude clientele. A disaster waiting to happen. Every time I go to a Fed Ex stores in general I just end up printing at home or going to Walgreens for prints or literally anywhere else instead. It's that corporate environment that seems to bring out the worst in people. I don't blame the staff for hating their jobs. Meanwhile you have the UPS store which has less staff, less people allowed in store yet they can keep up better and take better safety precaution? Considering there's no real price difference it's worth it to just go to UPS.

Last minute order for my daughter's school pictures left me in a bind with a new policy of printing out a copy of the receipt. I don't own a printer and would usually just head to the library. They close at 9. I called FedEx at 9 and they told me I could come to the store and they would help me print out the receipt. When I arrived they were very courteous and friendly even though they close at 10. I had to email them the receipt and they printed it out for me. Thank you to the 2 guys working tonight!! Y'all saved this mom from a headache!!
