In all my years of car buying I have never felt so comfortable and sure about the service I received. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything but a blessing. Every single person in this office has an amazing personality and work hard and hell to make sure you get what you need and what you want! This was by far the most pleasant customer service experience I ever had. Everyone there was extremely patient with me. Scott and Damien worked through my situation and were diligent in getting me the best deal. It really was a relief to be handled with such care. They helped me weigh my options between vehicles super smoothly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! From the moment I called for a simple inquiry to walking out with keys in hand, there was phenomenal customer service. The staff is by far the friendliest and, more importantly, the realest that I've encountered in the car business. Scott, Damien, & Wendy worked tirelessly for about 3 days to get us a deal that fit our particular situation. The vehicle itself runs and looks amazing and has clearly been well maintained. I know I can feel confident that I didn't buy a beater. I'm so thankful that we found Basic Auto, they definitely earned themselves a lifetime customer.

Best customer service I’ve every experienced. I felt no pressure to buy right away or be “just another sale”. they welcome you and treat you like a close friend or family. They do everything in their power to get the best deal for YOU and your budget. Highly recommend. My mom, dad, and myself have now all gotten cars through them.
