RVA Used Cars

I am a single mother, so money is very tight. I financed a car from Rva used cars. I went in and the gentleman at the desk, tells me he has the perfect car for me. I was never ask which car I would like to look at. I know that I have a voice, mind you, I have never financed a car before. I was completely trusting the car salesman. I liked the car a lot, I was very happy with it. I have had the car for 2 years. I had noticed when I got the car it had idled kind of high. Me not knowing about cars, I didn’t realize that it had something to do with the transmission. I was told by the person who serviced my car, that any person , that is a mechanic knows, that if a car is Idling high, has something to do with the transmission. I worked at a restaurant nearby. So, I didn’t have to drive far. So I was barely putting any miles on it. When COVID came about, I no longer had a job serving, so I started doing grubhub. Within three months my transmission had went out. I still owe 6000 on a car where the transmission is bad. The price to get a transmission is 2800. I have tried to trade the car in. No one wants it. It’s not even worth fixing the transmission and someone making money. They will absolutely lose money. I am now without a car, and have no money down for another car, I can’t trade it in. If you are a single mother, make sure you bring someone in that knows about cars. Please be careful. I feel like I was done very wrong. I would not recommend this place at all. Looks can be very deceiving. Bring someone who knows about cars, please.

Drove a hour and a half to see a car I saw online. It did not disappoint, car looked just like the pictures, car fax was provided by dealer, and the salesman Chris was great to work with. I will definitely check their lot next time I am looking for a new car. Except I have now waited 3 months for the title to the car that I paid for in full the day I drove it off the lot. Hard to get anyone on the phone now for answers. I really dont want to get lawyers involved just to get what is legally mine, but if it comes to that it is on them. Was 5 stars until this happened.

Very awesome experience. Bought the car online, and was delivered to front door on time and actually earlier than expected. Was treated very well and was the best deal nation wide on car gurus was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone buying online.

RVA used cars is a great place. My daughter purchased her first car here!! Chris is WONDERFUL, everything you see online is there. Honest people & honest pricing. A Carfax for every car is available online, you can view before you even go to the lot. He made my daughters experience great, answered all my questions in detail and even did the happy dance with us before we drove away!!!
