Had an awesome shopping experience at REI yesterday. Every associate was friendly and helpful. Chelsea spent several minutes with me to help me pick out a hiking pack. She was thoughtful and listened to what I needed; she made sure to pick out the right size trekking pills as well. Marsha at the fitting rooms was a dear! We chatted a little bit about manners and she was kind enough to look at a picture of my mom. Lily, Brent and Taryn also helped me out in the store.nnThe REI store experience is great - it’s so worth going in there to learn from the folks that love this stuff. They are about humans in nature!!

Got fitted for hiking shoes. Salesman was extremely helpful, measured feet, presented variety of options and helped test them uphill and downhill. He was genuinely interested in making sure I get the right shoes for my feet and needs. Excellent service, would recommend anyone who needs hiking boots or shoes to go here.

First time visiting the store was an experience in itself. Extremely well laid out store. All the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in anything I asked him about including. Came to pick up my new sleeping bag from them and they had it ready and waiting for me. They were able to show me some extras about it and how to take care of it.

Socially responsible! 50 people max capacity. One in one out. I love it. Everyone is willing to wait a little while longer to stay safe. Great Job REI!

Awesome store for outdoor needs. I usually come in and get some hiking, camping gear. And some traveling courses for free. I just came in and bought some static rope by the foot and was helped with some employees about what exact equipment I need for work. In case you come looking for equipment ask some questions about what you are attempting to do and what is the right equipment. For example, climbing equipment is a lot of tools to decide about what actually is needed.
