I have lived in Siesta Manor for 16 years, I have experienced good and what were they thinking managers. Over the years I have learn the best way is communication, I have been wrote up for letting my lawn or property getting crazy looking and if I can’t take care of it in the amount of time giving I just call down to the office and explain what is going on and they always are willing to work with you. Key here is communication, they can’t read our minds and they don’t know everything going on in our lives. Since Kathy has been our manager I have noticed a big change in the community she has taken this place and turned it around. I was one who had let my yard and porch go due to life and when I received my notice and cleaned up everything I felt better and was proud again. Siesta Manor is a great place to live! Great people live in here. I’m really loving the new homes they are bringing in instead of seeing empty pads lots. Thanks again Kathy for being a amazing manager!
I have noticed that since Kathy the new manager took over the park is very clean and there are no vehicles just sitting in park. And junk and trash is being removed. Very good people a great place to live. My family loves it. I notice all the changes just visiting the community. Great job Kathy keep up the good work.
I've lived here three years and I just purchased my own trailer. Management is great the park has improved in a short time Kathy performs her job very well, always happy and chearful!!!!
Siesta Manor Fenton Mo.nTim Huntley here, not only did she have my vehicle towed. She had it towed from a company on the other side of St. Louis city.nLike there was not a tow company in Fenton where we live. Your manager Kathy Dunn has done nothing but harass me since she took over this property. She has threatened to fine me if I didn’t cut the grass on the empty lot next door. She changes her mind almost daily on how many cars I can have. When I moved in here almost 3 years ago. I explained to Larry Nunn that I owned a window cleaning company and had personal as well as work vehicles. I was told that was not a problem. I have never had one issue with management or neighbors until Kathy came on scene. She sits up the street in her car and waits for me to get home from work and when my workers get in their car and leave she rolls past my house slowly staring at me.nI believe this is a personal issue as she knows people from my past. I pay my rent on time every time, my area is kept clean and grass cut. There is no other reason to be stalking me other than personal vendetta. Quite honestly it is somewhat creepy to be stalked by a landlord that is abusing her power to the fullest extent. I have considered speaking with counsel about this matter. Hopefully you will do a little more than brush me off as you did yesterday when I attempted to make contact using a proper chain. This tow is going to cost me $380.00 during these hard times for many, and right at holiday season. I believe this was planned out strategically by her to drain my bank account to damage my handicap sons holiday. I work hard for a living my son will not suffer because of your managements evil tendencies. Do what you feel is the right thing. Although I believe I saw just what to expect yesterday when I spoke to you.nThank you,nHopefully you will deal with this issue and not allow the harassment to continuenTerrible place to live since new management
Parkland venture has some of the greatest cimmunities and managers. Siesta Manor has a new manger Kathy and let me tell you this place has changed. She goes around picking up trash. helping tenants who need help,and just doung what needs to be done. She goes far and beyond when it comes to taking care of our community. If you wantto live in a great community then I recommend one of their communities. You will be impressed
