I have officially crossed this location off my list. The last two times I have purchased doughnuts, they have been so stale that they went straight into the trash. When it first opened, the product was always awesome but not any more. The first rule for pastry items is FRESH matters.

Employees have attitudes. I ordered through drive thru and ordered latte with 1 less pump and light ice. I had to ask if the employee was still there because she refused to acknowledge me. Instead of making your drink to your liking(after asking nicely) they become petty and alter something else as if your altering changed the whole drink. Its poor customer service. You still spend the same amount of time on the drink and you still get paid the same but instead of helping an innocent bystander enjoy their drink they simply choose not to. Just bad customer service. If you're having a bad day and fast food is too hectic for you then simply find a slower position elsewhere. I have went multiple times and after having 3 bad experiences I've decided to leave a review .nnKELLAN G. Is the name on my receipt. But shes unfortunately not the only one. This is just the first time I've complained.

The drinks are always amazing. The customer service isn't the worst or the best. The woman at the counter was nice, but she had her mask almost down. I didn't really mind that though because there was a transparent sheet in between us.

Only 1 out of every 3 orders is correct. They read it back correctly but it always a surprise to see what’s in your bag. This is the one that is closest to my house but today was the last time. If this is the closest one to you and you feel the need to try your luck CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

The drive thru is very fast and efficient and consistently so, I would give the team that works there kudos for that. Food is okay, it's never really great or bad enough to complain. I like the bagel puff bites with cream cheese and the sweet tea.
