I am so excited that we now have a First Watch in the Willow Lawn area. I placed a carry out breakfast order. The person on the phone was upbeat, enthusiastic and detail oriented. I asked for a few special things and they were added in abundance. Staff was very helpful when I was waiting-which was not long. Vibe inside is nice, upbeat music but not over the top- clean, well lit and just good energy. Oh, and the food was great!

Had some visitors in town, so we stopped through for brunch. We had a group of 7, so the order was large. And based on the group size, the order took longer than expected. In fact, the waitress offered to bring muffins while we waited. And the hot muffins smothered in butter hit the spot! Once the food came, it was delicious! Very good and filling, especially after 1/2 a muffin... lol. Our waitress was very accommodating, friendly and attentive. Good experience for my 1st time at this location. Highly recommended!

This place is great! From the decor to the customer service, 5 stars!! With richmond not having any real good breakfast places this place is much needed. The food is fresh and flavorful. Best breakfast I've had in the three years I've lived here. I already made it my go-to spot. Enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Great location and fresh breakfast items. Really good coffee and juices. The Huevos special was very good. I’ve been to a few of these across the US but this one has a nice large setup and a quick and friendly staff. Lots of healthy options and a mix of breakfast classics!

Most delicious breakfast EVER!!! Completely mind-blown by the quality and flavors. Delicious staples with a creative twist. Come expecting to try something completely new.
