Had the Flat bread pizza and it was very tasty. I'm overweight so I wouldn't call myself a food critic but if you do try it, I recommend eating it as soon as it is served. The flat bread hardens up over time and pretty quickly. This establishment was very efficient and very clean, enjoyed my meal there today.

Good food. Nice people. here's the the rub tho. They only hire college kids...who probably just flirt and mess around in the back all day. Whether or not we want to believe it this is still fast food. Albeit expensive for fast food. If I pay 25 dollars for fast food I want it to be there. I want what I paid for. Why can mcdonalds get it right, and their people hate their job...meanwhile Panera gets it wrong everytime without fail and they seem to love their job. These people are famous for hitting you with a salad and no dressing. It forgetting coffee right there on the ticket. I cant justify going back until we get some sort if adult running the show so they can get my order right.

Really conveniently located and very clean. I ended up getting the Flatbread pizza which was actually really good! Very impressed, only thing i would say is turn the the music just slightly.

So I rode up there to meet a friend on a day where it was about 50 degrees outside and wanted a cup of coffee and I decided to use the kiosk in order to avoid contact with the person at the register. After ordering my cup of coffee I went over to the pickup location and 10 minutes later they finally gave me an empty cup. I then proceeded to go to where the coffee was and all of the different types of coffee was out except decaf. I decided to get that. That's when I realized that they didn't give me a stirrer or sugar packets and when I went to ask for them I waited an additional 10 minutes........i will not be coming back to this panera
