I love Starbucks but I can never get the same cup of coffee twice here and it's frustrating. I used to go every morning but stopped because of this. I gave it a shot this morning again and ended up with a cup of creamer. I'm bummed

Ridiculous is all I can say! I stood here for 28 minutes waiting for 3 drinks. I understand they were very busy, however I asked several times about my order finally I said look I have been waiting for 25 minutes what’s going on? They had part of my drinks on one tray part on another people picking up everyone’s drinks not to mention the covid pandemic this was beyond ridiculous. Needless to say I spent 20$ and my drinks were awful!

Left my card here by accident called these clueless people and they said oh we have it . They wanted to see an ID anyway the card belong to my mom and she didn’t have her ID and they saw my ID And gave me my card and I SNATCHED it out her nasty hands. My thing is I called up for my card like 10 minutes and there acting like it’s a coincidence for us to know ??? COME ON QUIT STARBUCKS AND ATTEND COLLEGE!!!

The women working here were extremely rude. They ask us to put on our masks while we were eating at our table. The table was opened and they did allow indoor dining. We were in a rush to eat and get to work. I also had to stand at the counter to ask for a star and stoppers. I waited 5 minutes being completely ignored. I then went up to where you place your order only for the woman to dismissively and rudely say “your drink will be right up”. I was like I already have my drink can I please get a stopper. She responses with “were out of stoppers” and turns away. I had to interject again to get a straw. When I finally tried my drink, it was made incorrectly. This was such an unpleasant experience. I wish I had asked for a refund. Highly recommend skipping this awful location.
