No soap in both bathrooms (in COVID!), and after letting them know they still hadn’t addressed this during the ten minutes I waited for my order, which was wrong (and they were out of key basic ingredients to make it), so I got my refund and left. They need to be more proactive about ordering basic materials, and CLEANLINESS! No matter how busy it gets, soap is most important during a pandemic. The staff were nice, though, which is the only reason this gets two stars instead of one.
I stop at this location quite a few times a week.nThe morning staff is great, but the night staff was rude and apparently can't make coffee. Ordered a java chip frap with 2 shots of espresso. What I got was milk and coco powder. I also ordered a iced chocolate almond milk shaken espresso that tasted like almond milk and a little bit of coco powder. Neither had espresso which sucks because I'm now out $13.78 for coffees I had to throw away.
Starbucks, excellent coffee house!! They are very accommodating and cordial. Excellent choice of delicious pastries (especially blueberry stones & lemon cakes) and a variety of sandwiches & salads. Enjoy your visit ‼
Super friendly staff and a very minimal wait, which was impressive because the drive thru line wrapped around the entire building when I pulled in!
Everyone knows about Starbucks, the quality control and staff here are great. My chai tea was great and my bacon and cheddar croissant was nice and hot.
