My husband and I used Rygas Law Firm for our will, advance medical directives, setting up a trust for our child, and a power of attorney. We have a complex situation and we found Spencer to be very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and different scenarios to us. He educated us in a manner that was easy to understand as well as guided us in the best direction for our situation. These decisions are never easy but Spencer and Stephanie took time with us and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. Highly recommend this practice!

I was visiting Virginia from a western state where the speed limit on the Interstate is 80 mph. It turns out that driving over 80 in Virginia carries an automatic reckless driving citation. The Rygas law firm was compassionate and professional, and used their good working relationships within Pulaski County government to help me with this vacation nightmare.
