If you are a student in the area and become involved in a Title IX matter, Joel Jackson is the guy to call. I can't thank Joel enough. He is hands down the best attorney in the area and will fight for you in the court room and guide you through the Title IX process at your university. He is professional and always responds to texts/emails in a timely fashion. My case lasted 6+ months and Joel never made me feel like I was on the backburner. When he works with you, he makes you a priority. His fees are reasonable and well worth it. Don't invest in a lazy attorney. You need someone who is willing to do the work to put you in the best position and that is exactly what Joel will do for you. He is honest and will always give you the pros and cons when making big decisions. As a college student, Joel made sure that my future was the priority and I can't say enough good things about him! Thank you, Joel!

Most impressed with Joel and his staff! Five Stars, and wish we could give ten! Joel’s and his staff’s communication was excellent: Prompt and informative. Bright, energetic, experienced and efficient, and Joel works diligently and intelligently on the engagement. We were highly impressed with his work and highly recommend him! His fees are more than fair and quite a bargain for the quality of the work and the dedication displayed.

I was pulled over in southern Virginia for not getting in the farthest lane away from a pulled over police officer with his lights on. I was shocked to learn this is a misdemeanor in the state of Virginia. I hired Joel Jackson to represent me in my trial. He was able to get the charge dropped to a traffic violation. I was really happy with Joel's services. He proposed a game plan for me to proactively take a driver improvement course and write a letter of apology to the officer. I believe it was this strategy that allowed me to get the charge reduced. Rather than just showing up and giving it his best shot Mr. Jackson built a game plan that allowed me to walk away from this experience with a positive outcome. I strongly recommend the services of his law firm. The support staff he employs was excellent in quickly getting back to me on any of my questions and making sure that I had all documentation properly prepared for my court date. Great experience all around!

I had an issue with a background check that needed prompt attention. Joel and his staff did some research, made calls to the correct people for me to talk to and pointed me in the right direction. Very efficient and friendly to work with.

I had the pleasure of hiring this law firm to assist me with a ticket that my grandson got on his way home from college. From day one the staff was very professional and friendly.
