Not only is this a great place to park if you're leaving a car at the airport, the employees go above and beyond! After I accidentally left my wallet on the bus, Willie found it and turned it in promptly to Greg, who tracked me down through Facebook (a good reason to make a reservation, I could have saved him a lot of trouble) Thank you both for going the extra mile, and for your honesty! We'll be back soon!
The family and attendants were, when I was younger, and had to meet friends to ride share were some of the kindest, hard working, and honest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. It is a safe location with lodging, emergency services, service stations, lodging and transportation nearby. I have never even heard of an incident of vandalism or mishandling of vehicles at any given point in time regardless of the year and rate of such things. They also have fair cab services, know the area, and try to make sure people are safe if they are using the lot to commute.
I always park here when flying out of Richmond. I like being picked up by my car and my luggage is loaded into the van by the driver. It is a very smooth operation with reasonable prices.
Great overall experience! The shuttle service was flawless. Great option to save some money!
