Dollar Car Rental

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!! DONT NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Get a horse or something. Honestly go with some one else. I promise you other companies that offer a less than average service will out do this place by a lot. When you call to and get the hours they are open it’s very different from online. I have a flat tire and I can’t get a hold of anyone. The wait to get a hold of someone is more than 50 minutes.

Cannot reach anyone about my car rental about questions I have or confirmation. They never pick up the phone at Ric airport. When calling another number they have listed they don't even see a reservation. Can't get my money back can't get confirmation can't get questions answered. I regret that I did not rent from another company that I trusted and knew. I figured I would give them a try thinking the price was right and it would go smoothly. Guess I was wrong this trip is important and for one thing to go smoothly and they failed horribly they had one job and couldn't even do that. My suggestion go rent with someone else Enterprise and Hertz never had issues. Hopefully this helps someone and reads this before making the mistake that I did.

I have had a reservation and tried to call the front desk but after 12 calls I never got to the desk. Absolutely amazed that they have a working number and no one to answer it. Do t rent from here.

If only I could give them 0 stars I really would. Okay so I rented a car from them for over a month mostly from me extending it. I went up there in person after calling and getting confused over the phone just to get clarity on what I had to pay once I returned the vehicle. The lady at the booth first had an attitude then I gave her one back so she straighten up I then asked her what do I need to pay she printed out a copy and told me this is my total that has already been paid and I didn’t have to worry about nothing. Fast forward today I wake up at 7am to start my daughter Christmas shopping then BOOM my account is overdrawn $1,073.70 when 766.00 should have covered everything. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!They are a rip off people please listen to the reviews it could save you a lot of MONEY. Now my daughter have to go without and my bills will be late as long as they got their money they don’t care. I’ve left messages sent Emails nobody responded back.

The customer service is very poor, I could not even get a customer service agent on the phone. First of all dollar rental is the same as hertz. So when I went to the airport to pick up the car I was given the run around. Secondly they tried to charge me another 500 dollars on top of the 300 dollars they already took out of my account, when I asked for a refund they refused. I NEVER PICKED UP THE CAR AND WAS STILL CHARGED !!DO NOT USE DOLLAR RENTAL OR HERTZ BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCUMBAG COMPANY AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! DOLLAR RENTAL AND HERTZ SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL!! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!
