American Airlines

I'd give it zero stars if I could. American Airlines is not a good airline to fly with. Please do yourself the favor and fly with anyone else.

Lost two days on our trip due to flight changes. Waited in line for 40 min to get boarding passes. Flights are crowded, no regard for covid-19.

Jeff is the best customer service person I have ever met in the airport thank you again for all your help!!

Having to pay $25 to take one piece of luggage with me on top of the ro uh bd trip tickets

My suitcases are always at baggage claim before I am. So that's all good. I like flying American Airlines their baggage handlers have never damaged or lost one of my bags.
