I love the variety of classes they offer here, and the instructors are great! I have practiced nearly two years at the studio, and it has been about a year practicing via Zoom. It is wonderful that they also continue to provide varieties of classes online. It encouraged me to continue my practice despite the pandemic, and I love it! Great place for yoga practice. I recommend others to join.

I have led several workshops and a Thai Massage Certification at In Balance. By far one of the sweetest and most professional experiences I have ever had in my 20 years of travel and teaching yoga. Nicole, is an amazing host full of knowledge and everyone in her community has so much respect for her. I am very grateful to also be working with her on the Ayurveda component of the Level 2 Thai Massage certifications. I aspire to collaborate more with Nicole and In Balance as it's always a great offering for all involved. The. Blacksburg yoga community is very lucky to have her there.
The selection of classes, the experience of the teachers, and the feeling of the studio sets IBY apart from any studio I've ever been to. Loved this place from the day I walked in the door, and I've been practicing there for about two years now.nnSuper beginner friendly and advanced yogi friendly. They have a class for everybody.
