When you join a new gym, there is always that fear of not fitting in or being judged or if people will be nice to you, and you will NEVER experience that here at CrossFit Christiansburg! Hands down the best box and community to be a part of! The Coaches are amazing and really care about you. Coach Chris, Jenny, Mike, Allison, and Jake will not only push you to be better but will make you laugh and enjoy the WOD! If you want to be the best you can be and find your community, then join the CrossFit Christiansburg Family!
Hands down the best CrossFit gym I've been to! Beyond just the facilities and the coaches, the atmosphere and community established at this box are incredible and separate it from your average gym. Chris, Jenny, and Mike go above and beyond to make you feel a part of the community and help you reach your fitness goals.

I was intimidated to start Crossfit initially, but the coaches and everyone at Crossfit Christiansburg made me feel right at home and made me very comfortable being out of my element. The coaches are extremely supportive and helpful, and everyone at the gym made me feel like I fit right in. I couldn't be happier with every part of this gym and can't recommend it more. If you're considering giving Crossfit a go, Crossfit Christiansburg is the perfect place to be.
