I had Myra prepare our taxes last year. She asked that I bring her copies of our 2018 paperwork as well for her to review. Everything went well and our 2019 taxes got filed, then a month or so later the IRS contacted us saying there was a mistake on our 2018 taxes. I called the office many, many times over the next month and left messages asking for the return of our 2018 taxes so I could check the information and possibly get her help in resolving the issue. I even went up to the office twice but it was locked and a note taped to the window saying to call and leave a message. It is now February 2021 and I still have not heard back nor received my paperwork. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I've been a customer for 2 years now. 2020 demanded we all adopt new procedures, acclimate to a new work mindset, put a lot of things on hold and pushed things back including those who prepare our taxes. Sandston Tax Services had to adjust with the rest of us and came through. i look forward to working with them again in 2021!
