My cousin works in same complex building in a grocery store next to them and I called to book appointment for me and my brother two weeks ago and it was setup last week at 11:00 am on Sunday but we could not make because a missing document I called back my cousin he went and talked to Eric they could not make this week they will come next week at 11:00 am April 11 2021 where the actual work at 12:00 noon and we talked to Eric this is what has been my cousin told you Rahim he was saying I don't know him although he was going to that store all the time one thing. Other thing was he told us wait at 11:00 am so I have one customer and after that I will call you so he finishes 3 other customers and didn't call us just two hours past and we ask the receptionist what happened to our appointments she said you don't have appointment you need to wait once he is free. Please don't go him he is unprofessional not responsive what he could do is to call one of us and then those who came with appointment as they were saying you don't have appointment that he could manage not us to leave the office after 2 hours wait and what he said after we ask him why you wait us if you are not helping since 11 am where the office was locked and he was with other person filing her taxes and he told after her I will call you where there was no other people just four of us before the other guys came. Very poor service don't know how to deliver good customer service so we left without filing the tax. Do you know what he said after we ask why you wait if you can't help us I don't want to waste my time talking to you guys so what about our time our time is nothing since we wait the last two weeks for you.

Please Don't go to Please, they are so unprofessional, so bad customer service, I went 3 weeks ago to do my taxes with Preze. (ERIC)nThe day I go there she couldn't finish my taxes she told me she well finish it by the end of the day she has to Eric for same help, and we sign the final paper next day morning. After that I call for last 20 days I never got a hold of Perez or EricnThe front desk always takes my name and number to call back but never got a call,
