Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got charged for getting 3 tortillas on the side for a regular meal and a kids meal. While visiting this place for years I could always get complementary tortillas and it was a great value buy. Some associates were aware of rule change and some weren’t.

It took more than 20 minutes past our due time for pick up items to be ready. I tried it twice and they were all late for pick up. They only give you a little bit food not like other location that you feel your bowel is full. Here you will feel like only a little bit and doesn't fill you up. Do go to this location.

I admire this restaurant! They have first-cleass dishes, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is very trained, I like very much tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the service towards the guests is efficient. I often go to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all.

If you enjoy spending 20-30 minutes to get your mobile order ready, all the while a dozen or so walk-ins place and get their order before you, then stop on by!nnEmployees are unhelpful and ignore you unless you’re at the register with your money in hand. I asked for my order status and was rudely told, “We’re working on it.”nnWorkers have zero sense of urgency, and it shows in the absurd wait times!nnSo far the only location with very consistent FAST turnaround times is Chipotle at Fair Lakes next to Ulta, Best Buy, and Guapo’s. 9/10 times my mobile order is waiting on me.

I have ordered twice now through mobile ordering and both times have been extremely disappointed. Why put on the app the option to add extra or only put on a little if the store doesn’t customize based on your specifications? Both times I have asked for extra toppings but instead was not included at all. This last order was by far the worst. The rice had zero flavor, the sofritas were mushy and half my toppings were not included. Do yourself a favor, skip this store and go to another!
