Angelica and her team at Extra space Storage run a clean, safe, well lit and reliable facility! I felt comfortable going alone during the day or evening hours as needed. Would highly recommend the conveniently located 250 Spring St., Herndon, VA location!
I had anticipated needing my unit for much longer that I did, so I only had it for a very short while. It was easy to set up initially and easy to access. The staff is very courteous and communicative. When there was bad weather, I received information regarding if/when they would be closing the facility (both retail and access to units). When I went in to close down my unit, the staff was able to quickly help me with a smile (I could tell through their mask because of their eyes). If I need a unit in the future, I will definitely go for them again.
Very friendly staff, informative and accommodating with request. Angelica has been so helpful with our needs and went above and beyond to help us on Sunday answering all our questions and offering alternative solutions.
Extra Space storage in Herndon is the best! Mostly because of Angelica, the manager, she is AWESOME!!! The units are clean, safe and the staff is extremely helpful. It's the best place to store whatever you have to store.
The people here are fantastic, helped me with a mess up on my end with absolute compassion and understanding (I mixed up my unit number!!! ud83dude43) and they helped me resolve it so kindly. Thank you guys! Such excellent customer service.
