We have used this Uhaul site for many things over the years and now we have rented storage space there. Their prices are competitive with a first in class storage operation. The place is well lit, very clean, has controlled access, 24 hour access and more. Very convenient location too. My only concern is the volume of the alarm. It is set off occasionally by new users, and I wonder if the volume might be damaging one's hearing. Otherwise this is the best storage facility I have ever seen. Their other services are well delivered as well. I highly recommend this site.
I just had a trailer hitch installed (after first going to another place that couldn't get the job done). Ritchie did an excellent job. New, very nice facility. Friendly people. Wish I had gone to u-haul in the first place. And they sell endless supplies at great prices. And they charged me less than the estimate!! Imagine that.
Delane has great customer service skills, what a great way to start out your move. I would definitely rent from them again, especially if I got to have the same experience. Thank you uhaul for hiring the right people!
I came in to this place earlier today to get boxes for my big move and they had everything I needed and then when I was about to leave I met this sweet lady named Joy who was so very helpful with my questions she took time out of her day to help me figure out what size truck would be perfect for me she went above and beyond to help me this afternoon she is definitely a gem to this company! Wanted to give this amazing lady shout out
Truck & staff were great. Tried to both pick up and drop off truck using app. App failed at both. Buttons to take required photos wouldn't work even though app had access to camera & location. Basically, app sucks.
