Ordered a truck. It was ready a day early and they were happy to let me take it off their hands a day early (cause their lot was jammed!). Nice owner, easy transaction. My only complaint is not with this location but with uhaul in general not being able to commit to a pick up location until a day ahead. Fortunately we had our first choice. I would not have been happy to learn how to drive a 23' truck in DC rush hour for the first time. But it all came out well.

Manager is angry moody rude and a bully. She forced me to take additional insurance and when I mentioned I had coverage made a big issue about redoing the paperwork. She complained by car was parked 1mm away from where she wanted and bullied me to drive 15 miles back and forth to repark my car. Upon returning the van, she did not want to give me a signed document and told me to buzz off. V v rude. Strongly recommend you will save money and be whole lot better renting from elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.nLady assumed my insurance would not cover the truck. And wasted my time voiding the transaction. Once I asked her a question she snapped at me and told me she had already explained to me over the phone.(mind you we are in person) I told her she was being extremely rude and I did not feel like a customer she said sorry with sarcasm. Then I asked where to drop the keys off when the office is closed. She answered by stating she will always be there. She made me ask her the same question 3 times before she told me she had a drop box. Then she got smart and stated that I had already saw the Dropbox. In which I never seen. This woman talks down on you and she got mad because I took pictures of the vehicle and read what I was signing. If you are military or law enforcement avoid this place!!

Owner is very rude. Returning the uhaul truck was a hassle

Everything in the bottom storage units are damp. Things stored there are mold invested
