I came in needing a storage space and I was greeted and helped right away. Kia and Jessy really were great, they got me in and out with no problems. Very helpful to me. I recommend this place to be your 1st stop for a storage unit. 100% excellent and stellar service.

This is a definitely 5-star self-storage! I have rented multiple units at this location last year and I was very satisfied with the services provided here at Mini U Storage in Herndon. Manager Jessy made everything possible to meet my needs: 24 hrs access, security and easy access for straight box trucks. Her professionalism and customer care alongside with her eagerness to help and provide various solutions to any customers' queries are beyond 5-star! (And I am not exaggerating, as I decided to rent another unit from them). Premises are always kept clean and neat. Overall, we have had and continuing to have friendly and professional attention from Jessy. I highly recommend Mini U Storage in Herndon to any business establishments and residents in NOVA.

This is my first time having a storage unit but I for sure can say that the kind of services they provide is ideal. Mini U Storage is a top notch operation. This has got to be the friendliest business I have ever been to. I have never, ever seen anyone in a bad mood, act unkind, be unprofessional, or anything other than the caring, true professionals they all are. Jesse is amazing and I bonded with her from day 1. Frankly, I wish I had more stuff to store just to find an excuse to go more. I simply cannot write enough good things about the amazing customer service which is Mini U Storage. Simply the Best!
