We used Potomac Moving Company to help us move furniture around in our home. From the moment I contacted them they were responsive, pleasant to deal with and able to meet all of our needs. They were able to send a team over within 24 hours. The team that came to our house were professional and wonderful to work with making the whole experience wonderful. Potomac Moving Co. was excellent. The owner Jeff called in advance to help me organize our complicated move and his advice was perfect. The quote may have been slightly higher than other companies but well in the range and the great work was worth every penny! The staff was professional, efficient, polite, clean and followed COVID precautions. They were extremely careful with our furniture and NOTHING was broken. The team was on time for both days and they did not waste any time during the move. I will use this company again when moving and recommend that everyone else use them too!

Great service, very responsive, and professional. I like that you only get charged for what you use with this company. You have the option to decide whether you want to pack or you want them to pack, use your own supplies or theirs, and the whole process is very transparent.

The moving crew exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. The whole experience of moving can be somewhat jarring and emotionally taxing, but this group will put all of your bad nerves at ease. They are highly responsive and upfront regarding pricing. I love that they do not charge until they arrive to your location and they contact you well in advance of their arrival. The group was extremely professional, attentive, respectful, and courteous.
