I have been impressed by the quick and efficient service at the StorageMart located about 10 minutes from my home. We rented a climate controlled 10X10 unit. The registration process was quick and easy over the phone with a $25 non refundable fee. I was allotted a storage unit and the manager walked me through the process of entering, storing, locking, and exercised the entry process for me to make sure I understood how it worked. There are at least three hand trolleys near the elevator - convenient to unload and take the goods up the elevator. Cars and trucks come in through a one way corridor and can park near the elevator to unload.nThe units were very clean and well maintained with painted units and rolling shutter doors - free from the effects of weather inside a larger building that is climate controlled (I was told that the temperature was controlled in a 30 degree range between summers and winters. The lighting is controlled by timers. There is an additional charge for mandatory insurance (if you do not have your homeowner's insurance cover the stored items) that they do not advertise when they quote the price. This may set you back up to $19.99 more per monthnnStorageMart was not the cheapest option we had but it was close to our residence and we were looking at a 3-6 month storage between moves.

The staff person on duty during my rental period provided excellent service. He helped me make the best decision to address my short-term needs and followed up with a telephone call to ensure i had everything in place for the rental. I highly recommend StorageMart as a place to store your valuables.

Great customer service. Reasonable rates and personable service. Very pleased so far. Joe the on site manager at the Fairfax location is great! Very responsive and engaged with his customers. Joe and Justin are exceptional! Everything was well organized and prepared.
