I bought an 04 chevy Express 3500 cutaway, for $2990 decent price. Should've listened to all the other reviews I saw which make sense now. I came from 3.5hrs away for the truck. He told me mileage was 230k I get there and the actual mileage is 252k, should've walked but needed a truck. Took a risk I shouldn't have and trusted everything he told me, runs great etc. The coolant reservoir was empty, and low engine oil, both should've been red flags. 2 weeks later I take it in to a radiator shop because ever since I had it coolant just leaks out right away. Turns out this truck sat for a long time and he had to have know that and of course didnt tell me that. Well now I have a 1100 dollar repair bill with a handful of things to repair. When I brought it to his attention he says things happen it's an old truck and acts like he didnt know anything, says that's what old vehicles do, doesn't take responsibility. I made the mistake of thinking they had decency and it turns out they have none. Learn from my mistakes and don't buy from them. If something is wrong with the vehicle like all the other reviews say, you wont find it out till it's to late, run away now!

A Good Car / Fair Price / AMAZING service after the sale. I can't say enough about David and his staff. Has stood behind the product for well over a year. has done whatever he could to help, whenever I have an issue. You can buy here with complete confidence that you are dealing with people of integrity

Think I would pass this place by if I had the chance to do it again. Has not been a remotely close to average experience. Promises made and not kept. My fault for impulse buy, but vehicle had so many issues, limp mode randomly, check engine light had so many codes it was unreal. Looks like someone was working on it and gave up as many bolts no longer there. This was covered by the engine covers. Typical old style used car salesman. Promised to have car fixed before pick up for limp issue. Put air in tire. Again, this is my fault for falling into this mess, but a lot of people do. So drive on by, out of the three cars we looked at, three had check engine lights on, so three for three. Just wished I had. And understand, I am being kind here.nI am pointing the finger at myself for letting this shyster put it on me. Just warning you. Most all of my reviews are positive with many thousands of views, I think this is only the second negative. So really run from this place.nI have Bill of Sale and title with New River Imports and the salesman name which I can post also. Car is not road worthy. Beautiful body but under it, to many issues to be safe on the road. Cars like this should not be sitting on front of lot with price on windshield. New inspection sticker before I picked it up too? And you did sell it to us and you do know us. Cost to put on the road may be more than you got us for. As I said, it is my fault for letting this happen.nnUpdate: Set aside enough money for the worst possible cause as the wheel speed sensor that was given as the issue by the salesman, turns out to be the dreaded P1208 engine code. Requires engine to be pulled to repair it and that cost is more than we paid for the car. Car has been driven enough to get it home and to the local garage less than 200 miles since December 28th, 2018. As I said this was my fault, but learned from my lesson. Never stop here for a car, the junk yard is a better place to go. That wheel speed sensor that you were paying for, that I paid for, cost about $3500.00!! as it apparently goes in the engine versus on the rear wheel. Update. Drove vehicle only 200 miles total. It was in a garage the rest of the time. Sold it today for 4500 loss. Never ever buy a vehicle from these folks unless you just want to throw money away. I cringe every time I drive by that place as I know what kind of man owns the place.

Bought two Jeep XJ's from this guy. Sold me on dependability and what to expect in repairs. He's looking for one more for me.
