The staff were very friendly and the food was prepared without any errors in a timely manner. The quality of the food was perfect in my opinion. The dining room is a great place to eat because of its cleanliness and its modern comfortable design.

I have been a loyal customer of Panera almost my whole life. Moving to Blacksburg I was skeptical that it would be the same. I usually get take out, but it’s always a little reminder of home. The location has adapted well and safely to Covid. I know I make a lot of modifications which can probably get annoying, but their order accuracy is consistently reliable. I know it is a corporate company, but it does seem to have gotten unreasonably expensive without changing portion sizes.

Don't order via DoorDash. You can't check the live updates, and when it's been longer than the time they projected to make your food (mine was 40 minutes over their predicted time for a total wait time of an hour), and you decide to call, you have to listen to the bot speak about commonly answered questions which cuts off mid sentence to tell you that they're running behind on orders right now. You'll likely be kept on hold from 15-20 minutes (I was on hold for 10 minutes and was so frustrated I just hung up) if you call about it. They also left out one of my items in the order. I think it's hard for a lot of businesses to maintain mobile ordering and to-go ordering, especially for Panera apparently, so I'd suggest going in person to pick-up.
