I'm in a process of switching our business account from AFCU over to Rock Canyon, it is for sure a pain to do this on an on-growing construction business, but I have to admit it, that every single day since I started the process have been worth it!! Ashley, Sean, Colby and the rest of the team are great to work with, they really try hard to help where they can and follow up closely. I HIGHLY recommend Rock Canyon bank to anyone and I will start doing that in person to all of my friends and family members!!
After being told they could submit info for our loans and we didn't need to be a member of their group, and after spending more than 6hrs getting the docs prepped for them and submitting so that everything was lined up for the opening date they email us and tell us that they decided that we needed to use a different bank to submit. The issue is that the info came too late, a total bait and switch.
Been very happy with all my banking and my home mortgage!
Have done business loans, SBA loans and dealt personally with this bank for many years. Very good people that work hard for their customers and personally take your needs into account. Have been happy with them almost totally.
