I have banked here ever since I moved back to Utah, and I will never bank anywhere else.
From tellers, to loan officers, and management. I’ve never had a bad experience. They’ve worked with me to get me the best loans, their mobile app is awesome, and their hours are amazing.
I mean, what other bank is open until 3pm on Saturday?

Spencer promptly answered and addressed my issues with a polite and respectful demeanor! I love this credit union and have stayed with them for more than 10 years because of their outstanding customer service! I recommend Utah first for anyone but especially those young adults needing a car or a loan with little credit history! These guys are here for you!
Always great, friendly service. Today was no exception, Spencer took care of my banking issue quickly, and was very efficient making sure he understood my concerns. He sent a text letting me know the issue was resolved and moving forward I could text him with any future question.
